2025年5月9日，由中國國際進(jìn)口博覽局（CIIE Bureau）與中歐商會(huì)（CEBA）聯(lián)合主辦的“第八屆中國國際進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)（CIIE）愛爾蘭座談會(huì)”在都柏林Clayton Hotel成功舉行。會(huì)議聚焦航空供應(yīng)鏈、綠色科技及中歐經(jīng)貿(mào)合作新機(jī)遇，并舉行了兩場重要合作備忘錄簽約儀式。
On May 9, 2025, the "8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) Ireland Symposium", co-organized by the China International Import Expo Bureau (CIIE Bureau) and the China-Europe Business Association (CEBA), was successfully convened at the Clayton Hotel in Dublin. The symposium centered on three pivotal areas: aviation supply chain development, green?technology innovation, and emerging opportunities in Sino-European economic collaboration, culminating in the signing of two landmark Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).

本次座談會(huì)匯聚了中愛兩國航空、金融及高端服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)，包括全球第二大飛機(jī)租賃公司Avolon、法國航空運(yùn)力分銷巨頭Avico、日本ORIX集團(tuán)旗下ORIX Aviation，以及歐洲頂尖基金服務(wù)商Waystone等20余家機(jī)構(gòu)代表。中歐商會(huì)愛爾蘭分會(huì)會(huì)長黃鑫、中國國際進(jìn)口博覽局副局長李國清、處長崔穎，中國銀行愛爾蘭分行行長許可飛等參加。
The symposium assembled industry leaders from the aviation, financial, and high-end services sectors of China and Ireland, featuring representatives from over 20 institutions including: Avolon (world’s second-largest aircraft lessor), Avico (France’s premier aviation capacity solutions provider), ORIX Aviation (subsidiary of Japan’s ORIX Group), and Waystone (Europe’s leading fund administration specialist). With participation from Huang Xin (President of the China-Europe Business Association (CEBA) Ireland Chapter), Li Guoqing (Deputy Director-General of the CIIE Bureau ), Cui Ying (Director of the CIIE Bureau), and Xu Kefei (President of Bank of China Ireland).
李國清在致辭中強(qiáng)調(diào)：“愛爾蘭作為全球航空金融中心，其產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢與第八屆中國國際進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)新增的‘航空供應(yīng)鏈’主題展區(qū)高度契合。我們期待通過CEBA的橋梁作用，推動(dòng)更多歐洲企業(yè)共享中國市場的開放紅利?！?/span>
Mr. Li Guoqing, Deputy Director-General of the CIIE Bureau emphasized:"As a global aviation finance hub, Ireland’s industrial strengths exhibit strategic alignment with the newly launched 'Aviation Supply Chain' themed exhibition zone at the 8th China International Import Expo. We anticipate leveraging CEBA’s pivotal bridging function to facilitate European enterprises’ access to China’s market liberalization dividends."
黃鑫表示：“此次與中國國際進(jìn)口博覽局的簽約，將進(jìn)一步完善‘6天展會(huì)+365天服務(wù)’機(jī)制。未來三年，CEBA計(jì)劃協(xié)助超200家歐洲中小企業(yè)通過進(jìn)博會(huì)進(jìn)入中國市場，特別是在航空MRO（維護(hù)維修運(yùn)營）、可持續(xù)航空燃料（SAF）等前沿領(lǐng)域?！?/span>
Mr. Huang Xin, Secretary-General of CEBA, stated:"This collaboration with the CIIE Bureau will enhance ?the '6-day Expo + 365-day service' mechanism . Over the next triennium, CEBA is positioned to empower 200+ European SMEs in accessing the Chinese market through the CIIE platform, particularly in cutting-edge sectors like aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)." ?

Two signing ceremonies took place in the presence of attendees:
1. 中國國際進(jìn)口博覽局與中歐商會(huì)：雙方將共同設(shè)立“歐洲企業(yè)參展服務(wù)中心”，提供政策咨詢、展位定制、商務(wù)對(duì)接等一站式服務(wù)；
1. CIIE Bureau and CEBA:The two parties will establish a "European Enterprise Participation Service Center" to provide one-stop services including policy consultation, customized booth arrangements, and business matchmaking.
2.中國國際進(jìn)口博覽局與Avico UK & Ireland Ltd：這家法國航空運(yùn)力輸出企業(yè)正式確認(rèn)參展第八屆中國國際進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)，并計(jì)劃在智能航材物流解決方案展區(qū)發(fā)布新品。
2. CIIE Bureau and Avico UK & Ireland Ltd: The French aviation capacity distributor officially confirmed its participation in the 8th CIIE and plans to launch new products in the Smart Aviation Materials Logistics Solutions zone.

Looking Ahead
第八屆中國國際進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)將于2025年11月5日—10日在上海舉辦，預(yù)計(jì)吸引超100個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的3500家企業(yè)參展。此次愛爾蘭座談會(huì)是CEBA歐洲系列推介活動(dòng)的一站，后續(xù)還將在冰島、巴黎、法蘭克福舉行專題活動(dòng)。
The 8th CIIE will be held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, 2025, and is projected to attract over 3,500 enterprises from more than 100 countries and regions.The Dublin symposium marks one stop of CEBA’s European roadshow, with follow-up events scheduled in Iceland, Paris, and Frankfurt. ?
